The Association of Illinois Electric Cooperatives (AIEC) has announced that it will award ten $1,500 scholarships in 2015!!!

· The AIEC, through the Thomas H. Moore Illinois Electric Cooperatives Memorial Scholarship Fund, will award nine$1,500 academic scholarships to high school seniors whose parents receive electric service from an Illinois electric cooperative, which includes member/owners of Eastern Illini Electric Cooperative. Applications are due on December 31, 2014.

· The AIEC is also offering the LaVern and Nola McEntire Lineworker’s Scholarship, to assist with the costs in attending an electric lineworker school. Applications are due on April 30, 2015.
