We had an absolute blast at Space Coast Showdown yesterday. In the end, we ranked 12th individually, were selected for Alliance 2, and made it all the way to Round 4 of the playoffs. A massive thank you to our alliance captain, FRC Team 3932 Dirty Mechanics. We had so much fun competing alongside you guys.
While we are sad to see REBUILT go, we cannot wait to see what BIOCORE has in store for us next.

Calling all teachers! Space Coast Showdown is an off-season FIRST robotics competition featuring several Florida teams, and we want you there. Please consider stopping by to learn more about FIRST and see the incredible opportunities it can bring to your school.

The STEM Innovation & Community Achievements (SICA) Celebration was an idea created by Wingspan to inspire high schoolers’ collaboration between scientific, technological, engineering, and mathematical bodies as well as showcase the community involvement of other Viera High School clubs within the STEM field.

This event will be separated into 3 main sections. The first section is the presentations, where each one of the STEM clubs will do presentations on their clubs. The second section will be a “potluck style” snack, please note this is NOT a full meal. And the third and final section will be games.

Bringing food items will not be a requirement for participation. However, it is appreciated. If you plan on providing homemade food, you must have a list of ingredients used on the day of the event or you may send the list in advance to [email protected].

Today we had the incredible opportunity to present to the BPS School Board alongside Voltage, Pink, ComBBAT, and Horsepower. With members from every FRC teams across Brevard County all in one place, we stood united to represent FIRST and advocate for further support.

So grateful this came together, thank you to everyone who showed up! A special thank you to Dr. Rendell for making this possible and for believing in FIRST. Excited to see what comes next!
