WHAT A DAY TO BE A VIENNA FFA MEMBER!

Vienna FFA had an incredible showing at the SIU Invitational Horse Judging CDE, competing against 48 schools and 458 students!

Varsity — 2nd Place, just ONE point from 1st
JV — 1st Place
Practice Team — 6th Place

Anna Claire West was the top-scoring individual across ALL divisions, scoring an amazing 397/400!

👏 Hugh Philpott — 16th Varsity
👏 Layton Goines — 28th Varsity
👏 Anna Bremer — 21st JV
👏 Jaylee Hunt — 24th JV
👏 Lane Schaefer — 15th Alternate
👏 Kaylee Warehime — 22nd Alternate

All 22 Vienna FFA members competed hard and represented our chapter with pride!

Then it was back to Vienna for the Fall Festival Parade! 🎃 🚜

🚜 Tomorrow is the 16th Annual FFA Antique Tractor Show at Vienna City Park! Come out and see us! We’d love to have you! 🌾🐴🚜

The Vienna FFA had a great start to the year, placing 1st out of 19 schools at the Section 24 and 25 FFA horse judging CDE. Congratulations to Laney Watson for being the 1st place individual. Thank you to Marion FFA, Oslay Stables, Dylan Easley, and to everyone who brought horses and made this contest possible.

What a week! Vienna FFA had a lot to celebrate at the 2026 Illinois State FFA convention in Springfield, IL. Madaline Bergmann and Hayden Jones received their State FFA degree, Madaline Bergmann was installed as the 2026-27 Section 25 President, and members had the opportunity to tour our state's capitol and hear some really great speakers and make friends from across the State of Illinois.

What a great night and ending to this year. Not only did Vienna FFA receive many awards at the Section 25 FFA Banquet tonight, but Madaline Bergmann was elected to serve as the 2026-2027 Section President, and Olivia Quertermous was elected as the Section Reporter. They will both do an excellent job serving and representing our section next year. Congratulations on all of your accomplishments!

Congratulations to the Vienna Horse Judging team for placing 2nd at the Section 25 Horse Judging CDE last night. Layton Goines placed 2nd individually and Laney Watson placed 5th. Great way to end our last competition for the year.

Vienna FFA placed 2nd and the section 25 livestock judging CDE yesterday at Harrisburg, IL.

Congratulations to the Vienna FFA livestock team for winning the 2026 SIU livestock judging contest. Vienna placed 1st out of 40 teams. Anna Bremer was 1st place individual, Curtner Bergmann placed 7th, and Olivia Quertermous placed 13th individually out of 282 individuals.
