Congratulations to Mr. Shane, our graduating 8th graders (pictured), and the middle school Math Club on being awarded Gold Level Status, the highest honor given by the National Math Club, for the second year in a row!

Ms. Clem’s 6th graders are officially gearing up for their summer reading of The Boys in the Boat.
Before diving into the book, the class got a hands-on lesson in teamwork by learning all about crew positions. They discovered that where an athlete sits dictates their specific role in the boat. To bring the lesson to life, students teamed up to simulate their very own crew race outside and in the Counsel Room. We can't wait to see what they think of the novel over the summer. Way to pull together, 6th grade.

The 2025-2026 OLGC yearbook achieved the gold level award! Over 95% of our students are featured 3 or more times in the yearbook, and we hit our sales goal and final deadline! Great work, yearbook club!
