All the programs and classes in Columbia College use the innovative Session-Based Modules, where courses in a program rotate continuously, and students can start a program every 10 weeks. On July 8, our Culinary Arts students hosted a special lunch buffet for CCDC faculty and staff — planning, preparing, and serving every dish themselves under the guidance of Chef Noree Hatheway and Chef John Oravec.

From prep to plate, our students brought their training to life, and everyone who stopped by could taste the hard work and care behind each dish. Thank you to our talented students and dedicated chef instructors for a wonderful (and so delicious!) day.😊
