With over 15 years of experience, Lahaja has been working to transform organizations and is relentless at building collaborative partnerships. Her experience spans transportation, technology, education, non-profit, and public sectors.
Prior to joining The Washington Post as Director of Diversity & Inclusion in September 2020, she worked with Management Concepts where she oversaw the consulting division. This is for the second time that Lahaja has joined The Washington Post. Previously, she was a senior organizational development consultant with the organization.
