Hunter Mill Country Day School (HMCDS) was born. When the Klares decided to retire, they hired a series of Directors. Things started to go downhill until Mrs. Judith Beattie became Director and with her devotion, love of children, concern, and hard work, she made HMCDS the fun place it is today! HMCDS will open two hours late at 9:30 AM (instead of 7:30 AM) tomorrow, Friday, December 5, due to the inclement weather.  Drive carefully!
Hunter Mill Road is closed due to the nearby fire. When arriving to pick up your child this evening, make sure you approach the school from the Lawyers Road/Hunter Mill Road intersection and let the cops know you are coming to the school and they will let you through. Leave early as traffic in the entire surrounding area is almost a gridlocked Thank you!
