Walking Wednesday was in full swing this morning!
Start the school year off right by keeping your physical and mental health in shape. Walk, bike, or scooter to school with your fellow Viking families. Meet the VES-PTA Walking Wednesday Team at the Vienna Elementary School Blacktop. Viking Students who walk to school can get a chain and choose a new charm each week to track their progress to better health. Viking Parents can take a moment for their mental health and enjoy a cup of coffee donated by Caffe Amouri.
Not a walker? No problem. Join us for a jog around the blacktop, jumping jacks, lunges, or anything physical that gets the blood moving.

Thank you to our VES Alum (not all pictured here) for helping out at the PTA Popsical Social this afternoon! We LOVE when former students give back to the next generation of Vikings!! If you didn't get a chance to join the PTA today, there's still plenty of time! Deadline approaching! Please spread the word and share with families of rising kindergarteners!! Our grade-level teams have carefully created these supply lists and these kits will only be available for purchase online. These school supply kits will have all of the supplies your child needs to be prepared for class!
Go to https://www.educationalproducts.com/shoppacks/ and enter the school ID, VIE008 (3 letters/3 numbers). Select your child's grade for the upcoming 2023-2024 school year and follow the directions to complete your order. Keep your online confirmation as your receipt. School Supply Kits will be delivered to the school and you can collect them at the Open House before school starts.
