The 4th annual Transform Challenging Behavior Online Conference is coming up!

I was grateful for the chance to present on Trauma Informed Care among a stellar line-up of sessions.

The conference is a free online event for early childhood teachers, directors, and leaders. Whether you’re working in the classroom or teaching remotely this event will give you the strategies you need to succeed when it comes to challenging behavior.

Sessions address: what to do about behaviors like chair throwing, social emotional learning strategies that actually work, how to use puppets to keep kids engaged, how sensory processing difficulty can result in challenging behavior, what to do about implicit bias as it relates to challenging behavior, the power of rituals for self-regulation, trauma-informed strategies, speech language development and challenging behavior, tools for successful family
collaboration, using persona dolls, tackling tough behaviors and so much more.
