Today was anything but an ordinary day in 2nd grade! Mrs. Hill’s class was busy twinning AND cricket catching 😂🦗 while students from Mrs. McDowell’s class stepped into the teacher role!

🎓✨ Mrs. McDowell’s students became the experts for the day, teaching their peers how to work through their math problems and explaining their thinking along the way!

Who knew math, teamwork, and a few crickets could make such a fun learning adventure?! 😂

We’re so excited to celebrate Grandparents Day with a special morning at school! Come enjoy breakfast with your favorite little loves from 7:30–8:00 AM. 🥞☕️💗

🌟 BUT WAIT… THERE’S MORE! 🌟

For the FIRST TIME EVER, we’re inviting our amazing grandparents to help us welcome ALL of our kiddos that morning! 🎉

We’re looking for 8 GRAND volunteers to join us from 6:55–7:25 AM to:

🤗 Give GRAND hugs
✋ Pass out high-fives
💖 Help us start the day with lots of love!
