🐢📚 Math came to life in the SDM habitat! 📚🐢

As second grade math students learned about tally marks through a study of turtle habitats, they got a special surprise—a real-life turtle made a visit to the SDM habitat! 🐢💚

What a fun way to connect learning to the real world and make math memorable! We love seeing our students count, explore, and learn through hands-on experiences!

Mrs. Boston’s 5th grade students got up, got moving, and put their knowledge to the test with a gallery walk review for our upcoming unit test! We reviewed citizenship, rights, the Bill of Rights, amendments, and voting rights—all while working together and making those brains work. 🧠🇺🇸

Thankful Tuesday!! Thank you City Drug Store for your generous donation!

This morning, we made our weekly delivery to Sally D. Meadows Elementary School, where we had the pleasure of dropping off supplies with Mrs. Boston, a 5th grade teacher!

We’re so thankful for everyone who continues to donate and help us give back to the schools and teachers in our community. Keep the donations coming! Every donation, big or small, helps us make a difference for our local students and teachers! 🍎📓✏️
