Sometimes after lessons I go into planning mode until very late at night 😂 Just spent a couple hours prepping some fun summer games and working through a few business/pedagogy courses on Vibrant Music Teaching.

This student asked her mom to send me a video of her practicing Skip to My Lou. She recorded one part on her piano and then played along with it so she could play the duet herself! Love seeing students so excited to learn🥰

My students spoiled me for my last 2 days teaching at the music studio I have been at for 4 years. I was sad to say goodbye to them, but I am excited for this new chapter to have my own studio! I’ll now have 2 locations: Victorville and Apple Valley.

One of the most rewarding things I see as a teacher is the way I can impact each student’s life in different ways. All of these students have come to love music and I hope they continue to cultivate their talents.
