RBC introduces Our Very 1st Mother Son Dance…

This dance is for all male RB21 current students and their favorite mother figure- mom, grandma, big sister, aunt, or coach- etc.
•
Sign ups begin in the office Tuesday 4/7 to Friday 4/17. Attendees must complete the registration form prior to the deadline for admission.
•
💙We are excited to announce- the dance is FREE! There is no admission cost. 💙
•
However, sign ups are required. No walk ins or late registration will be accepted. If there is an issue, please message us prior to the deadline.

We have received quite a few of emails over the last week. However, we were on break with all of you and are working diligently to respond to all the emails.
•
At this time, we have responded to birthday grams and Mother/ Son dance emails… if you have emailed us about water day, we will respond soon. Please give us a little time as we are focusing on the dance this week.
•
MOTHER SON DANCE EMAILS:
Sign ups will begin next week in the office. A flyer with more details will be posted soon! We are in desperate need of volunteers. You do not need to be volunteer trained to help us, as it is an after school event.
Please email us to sign up to volunteer.
•
SPLASH DAY EMAILS:
if you are volunteer trained- you will be added to the list of volunteers for water day. If you are not volunteer trained, we recommend taking the training on April 17th to be approved. Even if we have not yet responded, consider yourself on the list of volunteers 😊
•
We will be responding to water day emails soon. We are a team of 4 working moms and are doing our best to multi task but are focusing on one event at a time.

We will be hosting our very first Mother and Son Dance! 🪩🕺💃🏽

Usually we do a Game night but not this year! 😁🙌🏽
Don’t forget to sign up because there is no late registration or walk ins available.

Sign ups are in the office between 4/06- 4/17.
And the dance is 04/24 from 6:00pm- 8:00pm.

Also, Splash Day (Water Day) is coming! It will be on May 27th 💦☀️
•
We need lots of volunteers for this event! You must be volunteer trained. If we don’t get enough volunteers, we run the risk of cancelling- so please come help RBC put on one of RB21s favorite events! 💦 It’s a super fun event for students and volunteers!

A time was had at our Sweetheart Dance! We alway love seeing all the girls dressed up with the special man in their lives!

Popcorn fundraiser orders will be arriving on Wednesday, February 25th! 🥳🍿🍬

If your student has a large order (approximately 13+ items) or is too little to carry their order, please plan to pick up at dismissal.
•
Not all orders will require pick up; only large orders need to be picked up, unless your child is capable to carry their order. Orders that do not require pickup will be sent home with students Wednesday.
•
RBC will need time to sort and organize all orders before they are ready for pickup. We will send a message via Parent Square once orders are ready. Please do not come to the school or call the office prior to receiving that message. We will be unable to assist anyone until all orders are fully organized. A member of our team will call parents who need to pick up also.

🚨 Popcorn Fundraiser Packets Due TOMORROW! 🚨

We have created a video showing how to fully and correctly complete your order form.

To help ensure everything goes smoothly and minimize any issues, please review the following important reminders:

⚠️Before Turning In Your Packet, Please Make Sure To:
• Completely fill out the order form
• Verify the total number of items sold matches the total amount of money included
• Tape your packet closed to avoid any issues with money
•
Providing accurate and complete packets is the best way to help minimize any delays or problems with orders.
•

📦 What Happens Next?
We will be collecting and verifying all packets and payments this week. Once all orders have been verified, orders will be sent for fulfillment.
Fulfillment typically takes 2–3 weeks, and we’ll keep everyone updated on fundraiser arrival details.

Packets are almost due! 🎉
To help minimize issues and confusion, we’ve created a packet checklist. Please be sure all items on the checklist are completed before turning in your packet on Monday January 26th!
• Completely fill out the packet and form — this is a huge help for us
• Double-check that the correct amount of money is included
• All packets must be taped closed this year to avoid any issues with money

⚠️ Important reminder: We do not provide change. Please submit the exact amount of cash. Any overages will be considered donations.

Thank you all in advance for your participation in our last big fundraiser of the school year! We know it’s a lot of work, but this fundraiser helps carry us through the remainder of the year. We have so many fun activities and events planned, and we couldn’t do it without your support!

Santa is Coming to Town!! (Santa Day!)

We started this event last year as a fun way for ALL students to participate in an RBC event… and it quickly became one of our favorites! 🎄✨
•
Seeing the kids’ faces light up, feeling the magic in every classroom, and watching the holiday cheer and joy overflow was truly special. From the littlest kids to the biggest kids—everyone had an amazing time!
•
Santa visited each classroom to read a story while his elves passed out milk and cookies, spreading smiles and holiday magic along the way 🎅🏼🥛🍪
•

Wow! How did we get to December so fast!?!? November we took time off from big events but as always we’re working behind the scenes and preparing for December!

December is busy for RBC but we love sharing the magic of the holidays with the students!
•
Please review our Newsletter for more information and as always more details will come out for the events!

12/08- 12/12 Christmas Shop: We really need volunteer trained parents to help us run the Christmas shop. Please email us and we will add you to the list. If you email us, you can guarantee you will be added. 😊
•
12/18 Santa is coming to Town: This is a during school event. Volunteers are not needed but we do ask your child wear something Red or Green- even a Santa or elf hat will be sufficient!
•
Upcoming:
In January we will start our popcorn fundraiser! This is the biggest and main fundraiser we will do this year besides the Christmas shop. These two fundraisers help us fund the entire school years events and activities! We look forward to both being successful!! ☺️
•
