Congratulations to the October Teacher of the Month - Amanda Ellis!
Mrs. Ellis graduated with a bachelor’s degree in music from Longwood University in 2011. She currently teaches exploratory classes at LMS and chorus at CHS. She was inspired to become a teacher by her high school music teacher. “I had a great high school teacher and she made my choral experience great,” Mrs. Ellis recounts. Her best advice to students is “‘don’t stop believin,’ to quote Journey.”
