Region 3 Early Childhood Intervention Program Early is Best! Helping babies and families since 1981! All children need support as they grow and learn, but some children may need extra help. EARLY IS BEST!

The Region 3 Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) Program serves babies and children from birth to three years that have developmental delays or disabilities. Services available include:

* Case Management
* Specialized Skills Training (SST)
* Speech Therapy
* Occupational Therapy
* Physical Therapy
* Nutrition
* Counseling
* Audiological Instruction
* Vision Instruction
* Translation

ECI

services are all provided in the child's natural environment, such as their home, daycare, or grandma's house, etc. In ECI, parents and professionals work together as a team to help their children meet their full developmental potential. Early intervention provides both immediate and long term benefits for children and their families. If you have concerns about your child's development, give us a call at (361) 573-0731 or (888) 909-3512 to schedule a developmental evaluation. ECI serves the counties of Austin, Calhoun, Colorado, DeWitt, Goliad, Gonzales, Jackson, Karnes, Lavaca, Matagorda, Refugio, Victoria, and Wharton. ECI accepts Medicaid, Chip, all private insurances, and has self-pay options available.
