Excited to have finally gotten the American Muscle pre workout product for a few of our black belt instructors this morning! It is an excellent product developed by our 7th Dan black belt Kevin Smith!

On Saturday, April 13, 2024, a group of our karatekas travelled to Baytown, Texas to participate in the Space City tournament hosted by Grandmaster Denley of Houston, Texas. It was a very good event and our participants put on excellent performances of their katas! Congratulations to Jack, Beau, and Micheal for their achievements today!😎🇺🇸🥋

Very happy to announce the the Belt Test on Friday April 5, 2024 was a great success! 32 students testing and an interestingly large percentage passing with highest scores! Congratulations to Aiden for receiving the Outstanding Student Award for his relentlessly positive attitude, coachability, and great attendance! Congratulations also in order for Cade who rendered an incredible Exodus for his brown stripe! Thank you David Blevins for sparring our high belts Cade and Beau and congratulations on your promotion to 7th Dan. Too many highlights to write here. It was a great test!
