Our annual Memorial Day 30 rounds of sparring begins at 6 PM sharp. Doors to gym will open at 5:30, be geared up and warmed up before rounds begin.

Beyond proud of our fighters and team last night. We came home with 3 wins and no losses. In true NSA fashion we took the hardest fights we could get. Whether we were moving up in weight, fighter people with more experience or both, our guys just want to fight!

As a coach I could not be proud of you guys, every ounce of blood, sweat, (we don’t cry so no tears) was worth it and showed last night!!!

Super proud of these 2 ladies today, Alyna took home 1st place 🥇 having to take on a boy and girl both in significantly higher weight classes than her. Jojo aka “Pickle” took home 2nd place 🥈 in a very close fight against a young boy again outside of her weight class.

When matched our kiddos didn’t miss a beat, geared up and showed up putting on great performances. Now back to the gym and sharpening our blades!!!
