The round one floating is Georgia, the one on the ramp is Sir Moss Head. They live in a 75 gallon bow front aquarium with a 20 gallon bioactive terrarium suspended above the water. These giant African bullfrogs love to swim, they spend as much if not more of their time in the water. They will puff up with air and float for hours. Sir Moss head is getting too big for this set up. I need to come up with something bigger, he is not finished growing yet. This has been such a fun set up for them. I think I just need to put a pool in my living room! Again, if you don't like my set up that is fine, just scroll on I do not need any snarky comments.

Ok so I have 9 terrariums and 2 aquariums in my living room. I have been struggling to keep them all at the proper temperature and humidity for the occupants. The stupid little sensors fall off, get covered in dirt, batteries get wet, can't read, don't know what's going on while I am gone. So I have been researching a solution. I found these sensors that hang and I can read the temp and humidity from my phone anytime anywhere! I have been working hard to get everyone in their optimal ranges. I have black heat lamps, Uvb bulbs, and misters in each enclosure. I have a smart home so everything is plugged into smart plugs, so now with this app I can get alarms when the temp or humidity gets too high or low. I can turn heat lamps on or off, I have my misters on timers but I can start or delay them. This is still a work in progress and I do not have everything perfect yet. Only been messing with this for a week. I only have 6 sensors right now and ordered 3 more I like them so much. My amphibians mean a lot to me and I want them to have the best lives. You can see in the screen shot the humidity is too high for my red eyed tree frogs but the mister just ran, looks like my Australian tree frogs might be a bit warm and dry, working on that. It's Wednesday my dudes! Doing a health check on Fiona sat her down on the floor and she was ready to explore. Budgett's frogs are mostly aquatic but they can move on land, not hopping like you would think, they have this funny stuff legged walk. They usually only go on land in the wild to move from one body of water to the next or to brumate or estavate. She is back happily swimming in her 75 gallon aquarium.
