Hey guys sorry I have been MIA

I have wrote up a brief itinerary for what I or how I hope the days go when we leave. Things can change depending on what we all want to do on the way down and on the way home…the only day that is set in stone is silver dollar city…

May 17th
Depart school at 5pm….

Arrive at grand country inn 8:30 or later

Chill out at hotel

Monday May 18th

7am-10am free time- meet for breakfast at the grand country buffet during this time and we can all eat together…

10 am depart for silver dollar city
10:30-4pm play in park
4pm depart for grand country inn
4:30-6:45pm free time
7:30 meet up and watch the grand country jubilee

May 19th

Leave grand county inn 10am
We can decide that morning what we want to do on the way home we can stop and shop at Tangiers or just make a few short stops on the way home.

Here is the list of what people have said they will bring …and below is a list of what is still needed… we are shooting to serve 100 folks….also we need a price totally forgot about that at the meeting. Any ideas on that let me know !!

Cocoa x 5 if it is the small boxes, if it is a large container we will need one more I believe depending on how much servings.

At least another pack of Bowls we have 90 but we are planning for 100 people so a few extra wouldn’t hurt.

Tonight is the night…we will meet at the highschool gym at 3:30 or whenever you can be there and here are some things I know we will need to borrow if you have anything laying around..

Extension cords
Duck tape
Command hooks…
Black lights
Wireless speakers…

If you have anything laying around of these bring them I would rather have to many than not enough.. and if you think we might need something but didn’t ask for it, bring it anyway we may need it and not know it…

We still have a large roll of black tarp so we should be good…

Okay I have had some ask me what time are we decorating for the haunted gymnasium.

According to Coleman as long as your teachers agree we can start 6th hour on Thursday and continue on until after school that evening and then Friday during school what ever needs to be completed he stated that as long as the teachers are okay with the students missing the class we can continue decorating all day Friday until we are done…

I know this is not ideal but let’s make the best of it and make the last class of .2026 haunted gymnasium one these kids will remember…

I need a count of whom will be decorating and who will be participating in the actual haunted gymnasium…get with Kenzie and let her know

Also if you all would like to meet before hand I have the 20th available and the 24th any time so we can discuss what you all want to do with the haunted gymnasium… just let me know or you all can get together one day and then just let me know if we need anything else …

For project graduation I found another even better place in my opinion and they have given us a really great opportunity:
the Grand Country Inn in Branson..

this will be for 2 night stay there , with 10 rooms that sleep 4 each..

We would arrive May 17th, the water park does close at 9pm I believe, but we would have all day the next day and would leave the 19th

This package comes with :
Indoor water park
1 go cart ticket
1 mini golf ticket
2 large pizzas and $10 game card
2 admission tickets into the pets and giggles and comedy jamboree show
For grand total of …$5765.00
For May 17th - 19th

I have reserved this spot for May 17th-19th, but can always cancel at least 30 days in advance.

Depending on how much money we have , Kenzie has looked into Silver Dollar City tickets so I will call them tomorrow and see what kind of deal I can get from them.This would or could be done on the 19th after we leave the hotel we could run to silver Dollar city on the 19th and stay until we are all ready to go home.

Please know that as soon as I get a grand total of what we have in the bank I will let everyone know…But right now we are doing fine if my Math is Mathin right..

we should have around $10,000.00 +. I have a paper printed to give out to everyone at the haunted hallway explaining all of this in detail..

Again we can always look into something else if you all want but right now this is the best deal we have gotten..
