A great group of individuals representing Switzerland County at the Bengals preseason game working the concessions. Switzerland County Schools have started using this fundraiser to help with various costs that occur for a variety of clubs and teams. 👭Yesterday was a success at SCMS! Our middle schoolers packed the gym for Club Day, exploring tables packed with information, meeting club leaders, and discovering new ways to get involved, build skills, and make memories this school year.

Building, Creating & Problem-Solving! 🪑📄🐻

Our 7th grade scientists took on the Paper Chair Challenge! Students worked in pairs with just 20 minutes to design and build a chair made entirely from paper—strong enough to hold a Beanie Baby! 🧸

This hands-on challenge put their creativity, communication, teamwork, engineering skills, and problem-solving to the test. We loved watching their ideas come to life! 👏🔬

Great job, 7th grade! You proved that sometimes the best learning happens when you’re given a challenge and have to figure it out together! 💙🧡

📚 Math in Motion! ➖

Today in 7th grade math, students took learning to a whole new level by creating a human number line! 🔢

Working together, students used movement and collaboration to visualize numbers, relationships, and mathematical concepts in a hands-on way. Learning math doesn’t always have to happen at a desk! 🙌
