CAPTO is the parent teacher organization for Clayton Ave Elementary located in Vestal, NY. We hold monthly meetings from September through June. All are welcome to attend! There is free childcare offered for all meetings. CAPTO is a wonderful organization that hosts many functions for the students at CAE. We are always in need of volunteers. Please consider volunteering your time at one of our many fun events.
