It is with mixed emotions that I announce - Underground Baker is on an indefinite hiatus.

I have a new opportunity to work with my family business that I could not pass up!

I have enjoyed every minute of taking part of your celebrations, your lives and attempting to entertain you along the way!

May you, and those you surround yourself with, have a wonderful holiday season and as we enter a new year - new hope!

Home drinking wine...
Time to reflect.
The past 11 weeks have been completely amazing.
I went from wearing work clothes to wearing a tutu everyday.
Waking up at 5am and working until sundown, sometimes later.
Meeting the most amazing people and seeing the best in our community.
I went with an idea and it exploded in ways I never imagined!
Most of you don’t know but the Today Show NY contacted me and did an interview, apparently they had been watching what I was doing...it was about to air when the riots started and got pushed understandably,still an amazing honor.
I did this for you all...I took what was happening and tried to spread a little joy, make good out of the bad, and we did just that!
More so you all In turn sparked joy in me!
I thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the support and kindness!
I made over 500 cakes in 11 weeks!
And I now feel like I have 500 more friends for life!
It’s not the end though...you’ve all shown me what you want! And I will deliver (literally)
Chef needs some time to get a few things in order and come out with a few new surprises!
I’ll continue to do cooking videos in the meantime and I’m always here if you need anything!

A time when we honor our fathers and make fun of their mistakes.😎

We decided to take a few more orders that day but they are limited due to all the other orders we have!
