Today, we’re celebrating our Director, Amanda Alderfer and Assistant Director, Leslie Sullivan — our fearless leaders, professional chaos coordinators, problem solvers, and biggest cheerleaders at Cub Care! 🐻
But before they were leading the Cub Care crew, they were right where the magic happens — in the classroom as teachers! 🍎 They’ve gone from shaping little minds every day to leading the amazing team that makes Cub Care so special. They know firsthand the love, patience, laughter, and occasional craziness that comes with working with little ones! 🥹💕
And let’s not forget, these two NEVER miss a chance to join in on the fun! 🎃🎄💚 Whether it’s going all out for Halloween, bringing the Christmas cheer, or showing up decked out for every spirit day, they’re always ready to dress the part and make every occasion extra special! Because at Cub Care, our leaders don’t just encourage the fun — they ARE the fun! 😂🙌
