Family Weekend is 1 Month Away! Register Today! September 18-20 2026. Please read the directions carefully and be sure to register your student and all family members attending. All students must be registered as well as all family members attending. Please look carefully at the extra ticketed events during the registration process. The full Family Weekend schedule will be released about 2 weeks before. Each year about 80 + events occur throughout the weekend. Reminder to New Bearcat Families ! Come join Parent and Family Programs for a Move-in Day reception . Take a break with refreshments, Binghamton swag, and giveaways. Come relax and chat with other new families, Campus Administrators, Faculty, and Staff. 1:30-2:30 p.m. on Aug. 14 and Aug. 15 in the University Union, Old Union Hall.

These receptions are hosted by current families and/or alumni to welcome you to our Bearcat family, to help you meet other new families and students, and to assist in answering any last-minute questions.

You and your student will have the opportunity to speak with current families, members of the Parents Leadership Council (PLC), students, staff, and alumni to ask questions about move-in day, residential living and academics and to get advice on how students can make the most of their time at Binghamton.
