NFA UPDATE

You may have seen the recent news regarding the federal court ruling involving portions of the National Fi****ms Act (NFA).

While the ruling is now in effect for the parties covered by the injunction, the case is not necessarily the final word. The Department of Justice still has an appeal window lasting 60 days, and additional guidance and legal action could follow.

For Ozark Outfitters, there is NO change to our current NFA process at this time.

We will continue completing Form 4s and following the current ATF requirements until we have clear, reliable guidance on how this ruling affects FFLs and the industry moving forward.

We know there are a LOT of questions right now. We’re watching this closely and will keep you updated as things become clearer.

For now: business as usual. Form 4s will continue to be completed.

Thank you for your patience while this works its way through the courts and for understanding that we will not be risking our license without a final word from the ATF.

🇺🇸 STATE COMPETITION KICKS OFF TODAY! 🇺🇸

A big thank you to Custom Promotional Branding for donating shirts for our ENTIRE local 4H Shooting Sports team! We’re excited to see our kids representing Morgan County in style. 💚

Today is the day our shotgun team heads into State Competition! These kids have worked hard, put in the practice, and we couldn’t be more proud of them. Send all the good vibes, prayers, and encouragement their way! 📣

While they’re out there competing, we’ll be holding down the fort here at Ozark Outfitters!

Let’s go, 4H! Shoot straight and have fun! 🎯💚
