I am excited to partner with again to offer another 3-part FEMM fertility awareness series!

Are you a single women with irregular cycles, horrible cramps, excessive menstrual bleeding, or another period related issue?

This class is for you!

Maybe you are engaged/ married and desire to understand how to cooperate with the rhythms of your cycle to naturally achieve your family planning goals?

This class is for you!!

Or maybe you are a woman in perimenopause desiring to better understand the role our reproductive hormones play in our overall health?

This class is for you, too!

Classes will be held from 6:30-8:00pm on Thursdays March 12th, April 9th, and May 7th at Thrive Feeding in Lactation in Minster, Ohio (virtual option available as well).
