“No matter what, You got to strut!” This Song of the week, embodies everything SHiNE stands for! Monday through Sunday we turn the dance floor into a runway! Can’t wait to do this with all my classes when I return from vacation! We did it Thursday night for the very first time and it was SO fun!

Join me tonight at 5:30pm to help me celebrate my 100th class this year!! 🎉💪🩷🪩 We also have a new super fun SHiNE routine! Bring some sunglasses to use as a prop and try to dress in SHiNE + UPLIFT colors (black, pink and teal). Remember this is our last Thursday until I return from vacation on 6/25.

It’s June!!! I will be traveling for 15 days this month so make sure to mark your calendars for the two weeks we don’t have class! But be ready when I return for all new SHiNE and UPLIFT sets! Come dance and/or lift with me this week! We kick things off on the dance floor tonight at 7:15pm with SHiNE Dance Fitness! Thursday, you get the best of both worlds with the Combo class at 5:30pm and Friday morning you can kick off the long weekend with a full hour both! Remember no class next Monday 6/25!
