A firecracker bouquet is the only way
To celebrate America’s July birthday
Let’s march and cheer with all we’ve got
The United States is the very best spot

Because our constitution defines democracy
The complete opposite of autocracy
This document our forefathers wrote
Guarantees us, one person one vote

A very unusual concept during those times
But being a new country there were signs
That government would never be the same
And democracy would be its' name

Aren’t we lucky to live here
It’s our duty to make sure these ideas won’t ever disappear

What's Scary?

Aren’t you curious to learn what scientific studies declared?
The litany of things that make people scared
Are the same things such as spiders, snakes, or rats
And to a lesser degree there’s a fear of pet dogs or cats

Goats don’t provoke
Panic or stroke
And in fact sheep
Are used to aid sleep....
