Is your child constantly saying “I’m tired,” feeling overwhelmed, or losing interest in things they usually enjoy? 💛
While a busy week is normal, ongoing exhaustion, irritability, or trouble focusing may be signs your student needs more support and balance.
I believe our homes play an important role in how we recharge. A supportive home environment isn’t just about beautiful spaces, it’s about creating a place where our families feel safe, connected, and cared for.
I’m sharing this month’s article, “Recognizing the Signs of Burnout in Students,” with tips to help families spot the warning signs and create more balance during the school year. 🎓✨
Because a healthy home supports the people who live inside it. 🏡

Home is more than a place to live, it’s the foundation for how you feel, recharge, and spend your everyday moments. 🌿
From natural light and healthier materials to a community that fits your lifestyle, the right home should support the way you want to live.
🏡 Ready to find a home that works for you? Let’s connect.

The nursery checklist usually includes the crib, stroller, diapers, and adorable outfits… but there’s one thing many parents don’t think about: what’s actually inside the room their baby will spend the most time in. 🍼🏡
The materials, air quality, and design choices in a nursery can all contribute to creating a more supportive space for your little one.
In this month’s WellnessRE Magazine, Amanda Klecker, Certified Building Biology and Certified Professional Inspector, shares “The Biology of the Nursery: A Science-Based Guide to Designing a Toxin-Free Nursery” and explores simple ways parents can create a more supportive environment for their little ones.
If you’d like to read this article and more wellness-focused content, send me a DM and I’d be happy to share this month’s issue with you.
I love sharing resources like this because creating a healthier home starts with understanding the spaces we spend the most time in. 💛

When designing a home, most people start by thinking about countertops, paint colors, and finishes… but the healthiest homes are created long before those decisions are made. 🏡✨
The layout, materials, ventilation, lighting, water quality, and even the way a home connects with nature can all play a role in how comfortable and supportive a space feels.
I love sharing information like this because creating a healthier home is about making thoughtful choices that support your family for years to come.
Whether you’re building, renovating, or simply looking for ways to improve your current home, small changes can make a meaningful difference.
If you’re interested in creating a healthier home or need connections to trusted healthy home professionals, I’d be happy to help point you in the right direction. 💛

Have you ever noticed that your home smells different on a hot day? 🌡️🏡
There's actually a reason that can happen. As temperatures rise, certain household materials may release more chemicals into the air, affecting the indoor environment you breathe every day.
As an healthy home interior designer, I'm passionate about helping people create healthier homes through practical, research-backed information. That's why I wrote my latest article, "The Off-Gassing Effect: How Heat Wakes Up Toxins in Your Home." In it, I explore what current research says about off-gassing, why heat can make it worse, and simple ways to reduce your exposure.

A well-designed home gives you permission to unplug.
The best homes don’t just keep us connected — they help us slow down.
They create space for conversation instead of scrolling, rest instead of rushing, and presence instead of distraction.
And in that shift, something important happens — we come back to ourselves.
💫
That's why I love sharing wellness and lifestyle ideas that help make home feel like a true sanctuary.

When the government closed the door on climate data, the scientists built a new one. 🌍🚪
For nearly 15 years, Climate.gov served as the ultimate "front door" for authoritative, easy-to-understand U.S. climate information. But after federal workforce cuts eliminated its staff and shut down daily operations, that crucial public resource was lost, leaving vital data scattered across government servers.
The scientists didn't give up.
Former NOAA employees have officially launched Climate.us—an independent, nonprofit website designed to protect public scientific information from political disruption and make it accessible to everyone once again.
Here is what you need to know about the new platform:
Built by the Experts: Created by former Climate.gov staff, nonprofit partners, and volunteer scientists.
Crowdfunded: Over 2,500 people contributed $250,000 to help fund the launch.
Fact-Checked: More than 80 scientific experts review the material to ensure total accuracy.
The Dashboard is Back: It fully restores the iconic climate dashboard tracking CO2, global temperatures, Arctic ice, and sea levels.
Strictly Nonpartisan: Just like its predecessor, Climate.us simply explains what the scientific evidence shows, without pushing any political policies.
Raw data is useless without the experts who organize and explain it. By launching Climate.us, these scientists are ensuring that trusted, factual climate information remains free and accessible to the public—no matter the political climate.
🔗 Visit the new site at Climate.us to explore the data, and share this post to help spread the word!

I talk about wellness real estate whenever I can because it’s a topic I genuinely believe in.
And recently, I came across several new developments happening around the world that feel like a clear reminder of where housing is headed.
Across different countries and markets, a shift is happening—wellness is no longer just something you experience at a spa or on vacation. It’s slowly being built into the places people actually live.
We’re seeing developments focused on longevity, recovery, air quality, nervous system support, and nature-integrated design… not as “extras,” but as core parts of how these communities are being built.
From extended-stay wellness environments in Austin, to geothermal-inspired resorts in Utah, to residential towers designed around air, light, and stress reduction in cities like Melbourne, the idea of home is starting to expand.
It’s no longer just about location or luxury.
It’s about how a space supports your health, your energy, and your everyday life.
I love sharing insights like this because real estate is about more than homes—it’s about the environments we choose to live inside.
That’s also why I share the WellnessRE Magazine® each month, filled with wellness, lifestyle, and real estate insights designed to inspire more intentional living at home.
