Looking for a fun way to meet other Beachland families after the first week of school? Join us for Popsicles in the Park!

Bring your little Shark for a relaxed afternoon of playing, making new friends, and cooling off with Kona Ice! It's a great opportunity for both kids and parents to connect with other kindergarten families in a casual setting.

✨ No RSVP is needed—just come by, say hello, and enjoy some fun in the park!

♻️ The Beachland Elementary PTA is once again partnering with Coastal Connections Inc. to be a Park Champion during their annual International Coastal Cleanup Day on Saturday 09/19!

❤️ Come help us continue this Beachland tradition of caring for the lagoon right in our own school’s backyard, as proud champions of the MacWilliams Boat Ramp!

🧢 All supplies will be provided! Just bring a reusable water bottle, hat, sunscreen, and bug repellent.

📣 Register your family's spots by Sunday September 6th to receive a free t-shirt on the event day. (Select MacWilliams boat ramp as your location)

🦈💗 WHAT A FIN-TASTIC FIRST WEEK, SHARKS! 💗🦈

What an amazing way to kick off the new school year! From Pre-K all the way through 5th grade, new friendships were already being made in classrooms, and we loved seeing our Sharks settling in and starting the year together! 🥰📚

We also had a wonderful turnout at our Boo-Hoo Woo-Hoo Breakfast and an awesome Back to School Skate Night! Thank you to all of our Beachland families who came out and made these events so much fun. 🌊✨

As we head into week two, here are a few Beachland reminders & things happening this week:

ARRIVAL & DISMISSAL REMINDER
Please take a moment to review the attached car line map and procedures. Following the correct arrival and dismissal routes helps keep our Sharks safe and keeps the lines moving smoothly!

Friday, August 21st, SAC (School Advisory Council) Meeting 8 AM in the Media Center - Look for paper ballots to come home in this week's Tuesday Newsday folders to add your name to join the SAC committee. The commitment is one meeting about every other month. You get to hear from Principal Gonzalez, and vote on things like the School Improvement Plan, and how the school allocates its A rating School Recognition Funds. In addition to joining the PTA, joining SAC is another great way to be involved at Beachland.
