OCA Open House 🤍

We loved welcoming our Oceans Christian Academy families back to campus as we kicked off a brand-new school year!

Open House gave our students the chance to meet their teachers, see their classrooms, and get ready for the year ahead. We’re so thankful for every family who has trusted OCA with the opportunity to educate, encourage, and pour into their children.

We’re looking forward to all that the Lord has for us this school year. Welcome back, OCA! 🦅

This past week, our Oceans Christian Academy teachers gathered together to prepare for the school year ahead in the best way we know how: by making sure we are anchored in the Lord.

The day began with worship led by Oceans Worship, followed by our Senior Pastor and founder of Oceans Christian Academy, Pastor Alex, praying over our teachers and the school year ahead.

At Oceans Christian Academy, we understand the trust parents place in us when they entrust their children to our care. It is a responsibility we do not take lightly. Our prayer is that every student who walks through these doors would not only receive an excellent education, but would grow in their knowledge of God and be surrounded by teachers who genuinely love, encourage, and pray for them.

With our teachers prepared and the new school year almost here, we’re excited for Open House tonight at 6 PM! We can’t wait to welcome back our returning students and meet the new students and families joining OCA this year.

We’re ready for a great year ahead!

Today we celebrate a very special group of students as they graduate from Oceans Christian Academy!

What a joy it has been to watch these children grow in confidence, kindness, wisdom, and their love for the Lord throughout this school year.

To our graduates, we are cheering you on as you step into this next season. We believe God has such beautiful plans for your lives!

Congratulations to each of you! We cannot wait to see all God does through you. 🎓❤️

It's Teacher Appreciation week and we are still so excited to bless our teachers!

- On Thursday, we got to bless our teachers with subs and everyone wore their favorite hats!
- Today, our students and their parents get to surprise their teacher with a fond memory from the past year, and everyone is dressing Wacky-Tacky!

We thank each of our teachers for all that they do for our students. We love you!

It is Teacher Appreciation week and we have a lot of celebrating going on! 🎉

On Monday, we kicked things off with Silly Socks Day and treated our teachers to coffee from Oceans Food Truck.
Tuesday was Wear Red All Day, and we shared heartfelt notes of gratitude from our students and families with each teacher.
Today, we’re celebrating with Team Jersey Day and blessing our teachers with ice cream!
