What a game to witness! Way to go Tomahawks!

🏐❤️🖤 VBMS VOLLEYBALL TAKES DOWN UNDEFEATED SEBASTIAN CHARTER! 🖤❤️🏐

FIVE WINS IN A ROW! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
What a battle! Our Lady Tomahawks went THREE TOUGH SETS against an undefeated Sebastian Charter Junior High team and found a way to FINISH!

This was a complete TEAM WIN from beginning to end. 💪🏾

🔥 Alailah, Nidia, and Marilah delivered several big kills throughout the match.

🔥 Marilah had an outstanding night at the net alongside Savannah and Anna, helping VBMS control the front row when it mattered most.

🔥 Miranda stepped to the service line and delivered a huge 7-point serving run!

🔥 Mailyn answered the call and stepped in to get some action at the serving line, contributing when her team needed her.

🔥 And Kathia kept DIGGING! Our libero battled in the back row, keeping balls alive and giving her teammates opportunities to make plays.

Tonight showed exactly what we’ve been seeing from this team, growth, confidence, resilience, and TRUST in one another. ❤️🖤

They faced an undefeated opponent.
They were pushed through three tough sets.
And they responded.

🏐 VBMS WINS!
🔥 5 STRAIGHT VICTORIES!

This team is becoming something SPECIAL, and we’re not finished yet!

Great job, Lady Tomahawks! ❤️🖤🏐

Amazing job!

⚽❤️🖤 VBMS SOCCER WINS 6–0! 🖤❤️⚽

It was a wet and wild one against Sebastian Charter, but our Tomahawks stayed focused and came away with a 6–0 victory! 🌧️⚽

🔥Connor O’Neal had a tremendous game, scoring 3 goals and adding 2 assists—one to Yeziel Banegas for a goal and another to Christian Raya for a goal.

🔥Larry Hernandez also found the back of the net to finish things off in style!

🔥Even better, the entire team got playing time, giving everyone an opportunity to contribute to the victory. ❤️🖤

🤝We also want to recognize Sebastian Charter for showing great sportsmanship despite the tough conditions and difficult game. That kind of respect is an important part of middle school athletics.

🔥 FINAL: VBMS 6 – SEBASTIAN CHARTER 0

📅 NEXT GAME: Monday, October 5
🆚 Rosewood (formerly Storm Grove)
📍 Jimmy Graves Field

Nice job, Ladies!

🏐❤️🖤 FOUR STRAIGHT FOR THE LADY TOMAHAWKS! 🖤❤️

The first time VBMS Volleyball faced Gifford Middle School, we walked away with a loss. Tonight, our ladies got another opportunity and showed just how much this team has grown, improved, and learned to compete together.

🔥 VBMS WINS 2–0!
Set 1: 25–19
Set 2: 25–22

And this one makes it FOUR WINS IN A ROW! 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Alailah delivered several big kills and aces. Yamilet made some impressive plays at setter, including huge setter dumps. Marilah Anna, and Savannah made their presence felt at the net with big blocks, while Miranda, Nidia and Kathia battled in the back row to keep balls alive and give our offense opportunities to attack.

This win means a little more. We lost to Gifford the first time. We went back to work. We got better. And when we saw them again, we were ready.

That’s GROWTH.
That’s RESILIENCE.
That’s TEAMWORK. ❤️🖤

4️⃣ STRAIGHT WINS and we’re still working!

The playoffs are getting closer, and these ladies are showing that they’re ready to compete. 💪🏾🏐

Way to go!

⚽❤️🖤 TOMAHAWKS GET THE WIN! 5–2! 🖤❤️⚽

Don’t let the final score fool you, this was a battle! VBMS and a tough, talented Gifford squad were tied 2–2 late into the match before the Tomahawks found another gear and finished STRONG! 🔥

🎩 HAT TRICK ALERT! Yeziel Banegas took over late, scoring the final THREE goals of the match to complete the hat trick! Two of those goals came off assists from Connor O’Neal, who also scored the first goal of the game.

⚽ Axel Nuno added a first-half goal off a pass from Loc Phan.

And once again, our defense showed up! 💪🏾 Logan Lindgren, Emma Reed, and Richard Vasquez turned in another stellar defensive performance against a Gifford team that challenged us throughout the match.

🔥 FINAL: VBMS 5 | GIFFORD 2
Great TEAM win, Tomahawks! Keep building, keep competing, and keep bringing that energy! ❤️🖤
