🌸 IRCC PTA is Looking for a Secretary & Treasurer! 🌸
We are looking for two organized, dependable volunteers to join the Indian River County Council PTA leadership team as Secretary and Treasurer. These roles are essential in helping our council support PTAs across the county and continue advocating for every child.
Secretary responsibilities may include:
• Recording minutes during meetings
• Maintaining important PTA records and documents
• Assisting with meeting agendas and communications
• Keeping historical records for the council
Treasurer responsibilities may include:
• Managing council finances and bank records
• Preparing financial reports for meetings
• Tracking income and expenses
• Assisting with budgets and financial compliance
You don’t have to be an expert—just organized, reliable, and willing to help support our PTA community.
