VERO BEACH- A fresh approach to student education combining the benefits of homeschooling & the formal classroom with the support of a caring community! The Academy combines all the benefits of home schooling and the formal classroom with the support of a caring community. In the classroom and through homeschooling lessons, the parent and classroom teacher work together to emphasize academic excellence for each student. Truly working as a team, Vero Beach Academy can help foster your child with strong character and high achievment. Students come to class on Tuesday and Thursday for class each week. Parents conduct "teacher assigned" homeschool lessons with their children on Mondays and Wednesdays to make homeschooling fun and practical for parents. Friday is Enrichment Day where students will participate in various activities like Spanish, PE, Art, Music/Drama. This balance of formal education, social interaction and all the benefits of homeschooling provides and combination designed for success.

Cool Homeschool Fact: Homeschooling is one of the fastest-growing forms of education in the United States, with more than 3.5 million students currently being educated at home — a number that has more than doubled over the past two decades!

At Vero Beach Academy, our hybrid model gives families the best of both worlds! Students enjoy the flexibility of homeschooling while receiving faith-based, in-class instruction from professional teachers on campus during the week. Parents are supported with thoughtfully designed curriculum and resources that work hand-in-hand with what is taught in the classroom — so you’re never navigating homeschooling alone.

Vero Beach Academy- Doing Education Differently since 2015

The flexibility of homeschooling with the connection of a classroom--

At VBA, we believe families shouldn’t have to choose between the flexibility of learning at home and the benefits of being part of a school community. Our homeschool hybrid model gives families the best of both worlds—receiving engaging, teacher-led instruction in the classroom with grade level peers, and the flexibility of learning at home.

Our experienced, professional teachers create a supportive environment where students can grow academically, socially, and spiritually alongside their peers. And for parents, our ready-to-use lesson plans make home learning days simple and manageable.

Our core values are Faith, Family, and Flexibility, and our homeschool hybrid program is designed with real families and real life in mind.

Flexible learning: Combine learning at home with meaningful classroom instruction.

A strong community: Students learn, grow, and build friendships alongside their peers.

Fridays are for enrichment: Enjoy field trips, hands-on activities, special projects, and other experiences that make learning memorable.
