We appreciate all of our amazing grandparents who came out today to spend a bit of time with their special kiddos! We have additional days planned tomorrow morning and Thursday morning from 8:20 to 9:00am. Come have a treat, take a pic, check out the Book Fair and walk to class to start the day! We’d also love to see volunteers for the Fall Festival on October 29 (sign up coming soon on ParentSquare) and stay tuned for Literacy Week and other information! We so appreciate all the support…and our Book Fair supports multiple literacy initiatives at our school. We are making HUGE gains in proficiency at NCCS and it happens due to your on-going support! Go Stingrays!

Alas, tonight we gathered to conduct a proper farewell to Marcy Mumper who will be making a bit of a change that won’t take her far, but we will certainly miss her daily presence at NCCS where she has shared her creativity, talents and love…sometimes admittedly a bit zany, but always impactful! Next week will be her last official week at NCCS. We hope everyone will stop in, say goodbye and wish her the very best! Over a 5-year period she has left an indelible mark on our school! Thank you, Marcy!!! If the trail gets challenging, just come back home!❤️
