This scholarship foundation was created to honor the life, legacy, leadership, and impact of Rudolph E. Smith Sr. With the passing of Rudolph E. Smith Jr. this past year, we will also continue to honor and celebrate his life and legacy through the Resilience & Innovation Scholar Memorial Award for years to come.
