🤿 CONGRATULATIONS, Anthony! 🏆

EASE is proud to recognize Anthony on achieving two significant PADI milestones:

PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor
PADI Master Scuba Diver

We recognize that every aspiring Instructor has a choice when it comes to where — and with whom — they pursue their Instructor Development. That choice is important, and we are honored whenever a candidate chooses EASE to be part of their journey.

Anthony came to EASE looking for a somewhat unique course structure that would allow him to maximize his development while also getting something he specifically wanted — and needed — a deeper understanding of Dive Theory.

That created an opportunity for us to tailor his development around more than simply preparing for the PADI Instructor Examination (IE). Because while passing the IE is an important milestone, it isn’t the finish line. It’s just the beginning!

Our focus throughout Anthony’s development was not simply on what he needed to know to pass an exam, but on understanding the why, learning how to apply that knowledge, and developing the skills and mindset necessary to become a successful, competent, professional, and empathetic Instructor. Because let's be honest, our students are the ultimate Evaluators!!!

Anthony embraced that process.

He challenged himself, asked the right questions, was engaged and — perhaps most importantly — experienced some very organic lessons along the way. Lessons that will continue to shape the Instructor and professional he aims to be.

That’s what we believe Instructor Development should be about at Eastern Academy of Scuba Education (EASE). Not simply producing another Instructor, but developing great Instructors.

Anthony — congratulations on everything you’ve accomplished. You’ve earned it.

Now quit "dinking" and GET TO TEACHING! 😂🤿

And here’s hoping the VA gets your package approved for a few more rounds of training and professional development here at EASE!

I’m looking forward to seeing where you take this next — and even more to our next dive together.

Congratulations, Anthony! Welcome to the PADI Instructor Community. 🌊🤿
