Summer SAP Review Complete! 📚

The Financial Aid Office has completed the review of Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) for the Summer semester. Emails are going out this morning, so be sure to check your SAP status in MyVC under Financial Aid.

If your status is Maximum Timeframe but you have recently updated your major, please contact the Financial Aid Office. We can re-evaluate your timeframe based on your new program.

The Financial Aid Office is closed today for staff development, but we will be back in the office Friday morning at 8:00 to assist you.

Vernon College will be closed on August 13, 2026, for Staff Development.

However, evening classes at the Century City location and TDCJ will be held at their scheduled times.

Vernon College will reopen at our regular scheduled time on Friday, August 14th

Just a reminder: Summer grades will start coming into the Admissions Office today.🎓 Once all grades are processed, the Financial Aid Office will begin running Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP)—likely starting on Monday afternoon. ⏳ This process does take some time, so please be patient!
🔔 Once SAP is complete, you'll receive an email to view your status in MyVC/Financial Aid.
