VHS SR Beta Club-FL National Beta seeks to inspire young adults to lead by serving others.

As a VHS Beta member they are encouraged to grow into leaders of our school and community while focusing on the four pillars of Beta: achievement, character, leadership, and service.

The beta parent meeting scheduled for tonight has been moved to Thursday at 6pm in the Culinary room. Parents of students going to state convention need to attend. See you there!

Beta parents and studebts. I have been asking for pictures for our scrapbook. I only have so many that I have taken and to date I have received none! If I do not receive pictures this week, we will not be competing in scrapbook this year. And it will be a shame as we have placed every single year. Your help is appreciated!

Don’t forget!!! Induction for new members is Tuesday, September 12 6:30pm in the VHS auditorium. No shorts for inductees, no holes in jeans please.
There will be a parent/student meeting afterwards.

Beta students and parents. Beta has been charged with running the VHS football concession. I need parent volunteers to work one game all season as well as students. The money raised goes to pay for our charter bus for state convention.
The first game is this Thursday. Nicole Kennedy has stepped up to volunteer and we could use one more adult and three students to work this JV game. It starts at 6pm.

2023-2024 Beta Inductions for new members will be Tuesday, September 12. If you are an incoming freshman you will receive an invitation in the mail in the upcoming weeks. Please note that you MUST have a minimum GPA of a 3.2 to be eligible to join as well as good recommendations from VMS.
