ilable to public, private and homeschool students (K-12th grades) in the State of Illinois. School districts must have a remote educational program in place (105 ILCS 5/10-29) . We have a highly supportive full-time virtual learning option and students should work with their local school district to determine if this is the best fit for each individual student.

We are offering a new social studies course for high school students this Fall, called "History of the Holocaust", available as a supplemental course to be taken asynchronously for any interested students (full time enrollment with us is not required).

This course meets the state of Illinois school code requirement for Holocaust education (105 ILCS 5/27-525). Recommended for grade levels 10-12.

In the class, students will study the history of anti-Semitism; the rise of the N**i party; and the Holocaust, from its beginnings through liberation and the aftermath.

Students, are you working and looking for a way to earn credit for a workplace experience while still in high school? Ask your school counselor to see if IVSA’s workplace experience/internship course would be a good fit for you.
IVSA can partner with local public, private and home schools to provide an online workplace experience course with a licensed and experienced CTE instructor to accompany a local job or internship.
