Because pole instructor training teaches you every little detail you should be paying attention to if you actually want to get better at pole.

And no, you don't have to want to become an instructor to take it. This one's for you too. Everything you learn here, the technique, the grips, the body awareness, the why behind every move, you take straight back to your regular classes and your training at home. And you'll feel the difference fast.

It's a two-day, hands-on program covering foundations, progressions, spotting, cueing, and the whole system we use to teach at Vertical Movement, plus lifetime access to a video library you can come back to anytime.

People think pole has some secret club you have to qualify for first. A dance background. An athletic past. Years of training behind you. Nope. None of it.

Not gonna lie, talking to a camera is a lot harder than it looks. Teaching pole? That we can do.

Teaching pole is more than knowing how to do the move. It's breaking it down, spotting safely, choosing the right progression, and helping students actually build strength over time. That's what our Instructor Training is all about.

It's a two-day, hands-on program covering foundations, progressions, spotting, cueing, class structure, and the whole system we use to teach at Vertical Movement, plus lifetime access to a video training library you can come back to anytime.

Anyone can take it, whether you want to teach, sub, become a stronger instructor, or just understand how to train yourself better. Just note that completing it doesn't guarantee a job, but it's a great way to build your foundation and get your foot in the door.
