Today we were so excited to welcome Ypsi, who arrived from Freedom Guide Dogs, along with amazing puppy raiser Leana Finster! 💙🐶
Freedom Guide Dogs is a nonprofit organization dedicated to raising, training, and placing guide dogs with individuals who are blind or visually impaired—giving them greater independence, confidence, and freedom. These dogs truly change lives.
Puppy raisers like Leana played a huge role in that journey. Puppy raisers volunteer their time, hearts, and homes to help guide dog puppies learn basic manners, socialization, and confidence during their early months. This foundation helps them succeed in advanced guide dog training later on.
We were so grateful to Freedom Guide Dogs and to dedicated puppy raisers like Leana for the love and commitment they give to these future heroes. Welcome, Ypsi—we were thrilled you were here! 🐕‍🦺✨
