Congratulations to Reese and Madeline! The trip to the Educators Rising National Conference was sponsored in part by donations to the VPSF Student Experiential Learning Fund and a Grant from the Ofstad Foundation.

Our thanks to the Dakota Hospital Foundation for the grant that will help to provide hygiene products, food assistance and more for Vermillion students in need.

Vermillion High School Instructors Kami Dibley and Lenni Billberg accept the ceremonial "big check" from Vermillion Rotary to help with the funding for this Summer's German American Partnership Program (GAPP) trip to Germany. The funds will help with the escalating costs of travel for the 22 Vermillion School District students who will have this wonderful opportunity. Don't worry, they were also given a normal sized check. :-)

Thank you for KTIV News 4 for this wonderful story about Vermillion Middle School students ("Natural Helpers") who collected stuffed animals to support other kids in the community. The stuffed animals will be given to first responders in the region to have when interacting with children while on calls.
