We still have room for orders! Saturday, Oct. 10, Champlain Valley Christian School will be making delicious 10" deep-dish apple pies either with 2 homemade crusts or with a crumb topping. They are HEAPED with apples and are amazingly delicious. They are $18 for a crumb top and $20 for a double crust and they are well worth it. They are uncooked and can be baked at home or frozen for a later date. Thanksgiving and Christmas are right around the corner and this would be a great addition. Thank you to Vermont Representative Rob North for visiting our middle school social studies class! Our students enjoyed learning how Vermont’s government works and having the opportunity to ask questions. We’re grateful you took the time to share your experience with them and show how serving your community can make a difference!

Great fun teaching a Civics class to 5-8th graders at Champlain Valley Christian School in Vergennes yesterday! I was extremely impressed with the knowledge, attentiveness, and questions the students all asked. Great job class! A+ !!

Our first two weeks of school have been filled with adventure! From scavenger hunts around Vergennes and trips into the woods to exploring butterfly life cycles and worshiping together in chapel, our students have been learning, growing, and making wonderful memories. 🔍 🦋 🌳 💒

What a blessing it is to stand in awe of God’s creation while discovering more about the world around us and growing in knowledge and understanding! 💜🎉

Our 52nd Strawberry Festival was rainy, fun-filled, and busy, but we still have some leftovers! (Last year we sold out...it's impossible to predict!)

If you (or someone you know!) would be interested in buying a whole pound cake, they are at Your Turn Resale Shoppe for $12 each.

Many thanks to Your Turn Resale Shoppe and our faithful volunteer, Marion Sullivan, for hosting grades 5&6 for a tour and an opportunity to give back to the amazing store that has supported and blessed CVCS for almost 40 years! Students helped organize the clothing racks as part of their community service. 💙
