Thank you for following our weeklong learning adventure at Channel Islands National Park! Grandma Joy and I wanted to take this opportunity to showcase our phenomenal naturalists, Alicia Stratton and Margery Spielman.
Grandma Joy’s Road Trip has traveled to 30 US National Parks over the past four years, and our instructors made Channel Islands the richest learning experience so far. We stepped into Anacapa and Santa Cruz Islands armed with an array of natural, geologic, cultural, and anthropologic history that elevated our experience beyond our wildest dreams.
We are so grateful to Alicia for her warmth and passion as a Group Leader, but also for her lifelong dedication to conserving and protecting the Channel Islands ecosystem. We are so grateful to be a part of the Road Scholar family.
