Aikido, Somatic, Mantra, New Class Begins this Tuesday & Thursday at noon

Designed for busy professionals who are ready to optimize how their nervous system runs.

This ongoing class blends principles of Aikido— the art of blending rather than resisting— with somatic practice and mantra to help you release tension, clear mental static, and come back into balance. It’s not about doing more. It’s about resetting so everything else you do works better.

What you’ll build:

The power of blending- meeting stress without bracing against it.
Somatic tools to discharge nervous system overload.
Mantra as a doorway to stillness and clarity
A reset practice you can carry into daily life
