This May, join us as we journey beneath the skin, into the fascinating web of our body's connective tissue. Learn the structure and function of fascia, including its emotional components and relationship with trauma. Practice postural assessments, palpation of the fascial barrier, and multiple methods of working with this magical tissue. These include Skin Rolling, Deep Mobilization, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofasical Release, Unwinding and Oscillations.

This course is one of the prerequisites for the advanced electives in the Focus on Fascia (Myofascial Release) track. 20 CEUs.
