FRC Team 3925 was founded in 2011 with only ten members, and has largely increased to approximately forty-five students in our current 2018-2019 season. Since founding of our team, we have won many different awards. In our first year we won the "Rookie of the Year Award" at the Los Angeles Regional (lead us to the 2012 FIRST Robotics World Championships in St. Additionally, one of our students won
the prestigious Dean’s List Award at the Davis regional. We pride ourselves on being a student-led team. All executive leaders are students that manage departments with staff, deadlines and budgets. We rely on adult instructors and mentors for advise. We get the opportunity to fail and learn from our mistakes. We also get the opportunity to reach out of our comfort zones and succeed through responsibility and efforts. We are focused on the impact we have in our community. For example, we started a wave of First teams in our county and host a variety of events including First Lego League competitions to acquaint younger students with our program. We promote STEAM education from elementary school through post-graduate levels by inspiring others. Please consider supporting us!
