Ventura College Engineering Society

Hey everyone! Santa Paula Family Science Nights is coming up and we need more adult volunteers like you! This event exposes underrepresented students to the STEM field by providing hands on science experiments. This is a very fun and rewarding event. The kids that attend this event predominantly come from a latinx background and don’t usually get to learn about STEM at home. This event provides them the opportunity to know what STEM is and experience it first hand. If you would like to be apart of this event, please feel free to show up to the leadership meeting. We have a general meeting tomorrow, March 1st at 3PM in ASC-120. Bring your laptops as we will be your guide to learning Arduino code, which we will soon apply to our projects this semester! Hope to see you there!

Today we built a USB powered LED thanks to our awesome teachers Vu and Isai. Here are some of the members showing off their Final products!!
