VECC Families:
Welcome to the 2026-27 school year!
Annual registration is open in the Oncourse Parent Portal.
You will receive an email from Oncourse that will invite you to complete it.
Please complete the registration carefully:
Update emergency contact information.
Complete the free and reduced lunch application.
Agree to the acceptable use policy.
Acknowledge the code of conduct.
Acknowledge district and school policies.
Provide your electronic signature.
Once the annual registration is complete, you will be able to access teacher and schedule information.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we transition to the new student information system, Oncourse. Our goal is to be able to release the new parent portal login information by no later than 9/2.

Also, all phone numbers for new registrations this year will be receiving a text message. This text message will allow you to opt into district communications and emergency messages. Please see your email for further details.
